What it solves ?
This feature aggregates government registry transaction data and makes it searchable by society. Brokers can quickly view recent property transactions, including flat details, price, and price per square foot, giving them real market insights when discussing deals with clients.
What worked well ?
A simple search-driven interface makes it easy to discover societies and explore transaction history. Clear data presentation, filtering by tower or flat number, and structured transaction cards help brokers quickly understand pricing patterns and make informed recommendations.
